• 250 gr Kulit atau lemak ayam
• 10 Siung bawang putih, memarkan
• 1 Ruas jahe, memarkan
• 1/2 Sendok teh, lada halus
• 1/2 Sendok teh, ketumbar halus
• 1 kg Ttepung terigu, protein tinggi
• 10 gr Garam
• 6-10 gr Garam alkali
• 250 gr Tepung tapioka
• 380 gr Air
• 250 gr Daging ayam
• 2 ruas Jahe
• 1 Sendok teh, vetsin
• 1 Sendok teh, lada bubuk
• 10 Sendok makan, minyak sayur
• 5 Sendok makan kecap manis
• 5 Sendok makan, kecap asin
• 1/2 Sendok teh, garam
• 3 Siung bawang putih
• 1 Gelas, air
• 200 ml air
• 3 Lembar daun bawang, iris
• 2 Lembar daun seledri, iris
• Tulang ayam, cuci dam memarkan

 Proses Pembuatan Resep Sederhana Cara Membuat Mie Ayam Paling Enak :

• Larutkan garam dapaur dan garam alkali dengan air, aduk sampai rata. Kemudian di tempat terpisah, campur semua bahan kering dan tambahkan  larutan garam sedikit demi sedikit sambil di kocok. Aduk adonan samapi adonan berbutir butir. 
• Masukkan adonan dalam alat penipis dan giling dengan ketebalan yang di inginkan, setelah tipis, potong adonan sampai menyerupai mie, lalu taburi mi dengan tepung tapioka agar mi tidak lengket.
• Panaskan minyak, kemudian goreng lemak ayan atau kulit ayam, lalu masak hingga kulit ayam ataulemak menjadi kering, setelah agak kering masukkan bawang putih dan bahan lainnya ke dalam penggorengan, lalu goreng dengan api kecil, setelah 15 menit, angkat kulit dan sisihkan minyak ayam.
• Masukkan semua bahan kedalam panci, rebus semua bahan ini dengan api sedang minimal 2 jam, setelah matang saring air kaldu.
• Cincang daging ayam sampai agak halus, kemudian tumis jahe, bawang putih dan daun bawang sampai kecoklatan. 
• Masukkan daging ayam, lada, penyedap, garam, kecap manis dan kecap asin kedalam tumisan. 
• Masukkan air dan masak hingga daging ayam masak dan bumbu meresap ke dalam daging ayam.
• Di dalammangkuk, beri kecap asin, vetsin, lada dan minyak ayam secukupnya, kemudian masukkan mie yang sudah di rebus bersama sawi dan taoge. Aduk rata . Siramkan kuah kaldu dan tambahkan tumisan ayam  dan pangsit di atasnya.

Awalnya 5 orang terdiri dari Lennon, McCartney, Harrison, Stuart Sutcliffe (bas) dan Pete Best (drum), The Beatles hanya terkenal di klub-klub Liverpool dan Hamburg selama 3 tahun mulai tahun 1960. Sutcliffe hengkang tahun 1961, dan Best diganti Starr tahun berikutnya. Beatles ditempa jadi profesional oleh seorang pengusaha toko musik bernama Brian Epstein setelah ia jadi manajer mereka dan potensi musik dipoles oleh produser George Martin. Akhir 1962, Beatles sudah mendapatkan kesuksesan di Britania Raya dengan singel pertama Love Me Do. Sepanjang tahun berikut, mereka melakukan tur internasional sampai 1966 dan berkonsentrasi merekam album di dalam negeri sampai bubar tahun 1970. Karir solo masing-masing dibilang sukses tapi Lennon terbunuh di New York City tahun 1980 dan Harisson meninggal karena kanker tahun 2001. McCartney dan Starr masih aktif bermusik.
